In this detailed article, I’d like to share with you an impressively intricate brick soft washing project we executed in Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas. This not only showcased our expertise, but also solidified our clientele base in the beautiful Fair Oaks Ranch and Boerne neighborhood.
The expansive project was broken down into two methodical phases; the first involving delicate soft washing of the back patio area while the second phase required high-pressure washing of the driveway and sidewalk surfaces.
Phase 1: A Delicate Washing Approach
Phase 1 was a showcase of finesse in handling delicate materials that included the back patio’s paint, stone surfaces, Trex deck, and pillars. Phase 2: High-Pressure Cleaning
In Phase 2, our focus shifted to the aggregate driveway, stairs, and sidewalks. Unlike the delicate surfaces in Phase 1, these were robust areas suitable for high-pressure washing. What’s more, to achieve an absolutely pristine finish, an algicide application was needed after the pressure washing.
This meticulous approach removed all traces of mold and algae, leaving the driveway, sidewalks, and stairs not only immaculate but also further protected from future growth.

Our team worked exhausting 3.5 days, under my supervision, to flawlessly complete the project.
